Provide high level administrative support to the Office of the Chairman. These responsibilities include planning and managing operations of the Chair such as overseeing and coordinating meeting participation, travel arrangements and department anniversary, alumni and holiday events. Gathering information for the annual report. Composing correspondence for the Chair, recruitment, appointment, reappointment, and promotions for all tracks of faculty. Responsible for preparing metrics, spreadsheets, presentations and other confidential information. Track expenditures and review budgetary expenses. This position mandates strong problem-solving skills including prioritizing of day to day activities.

A Bachelors Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
