The Storage Root Crop Physiology and Biology Lab located in the Department of Plant Science at Penn State led by Dr. Luis Duque is hiring part-time technicians (up to 24 hours per week, regular, but flexible, scheduling) to help with work in the lab, greenhouse and the upcoming 2019 field season. Work includes helping to set-up and sample greenhouse experiments, processing samples from various experiments (weighing, grinding, scanning, etc.). At times, work can be physically demanding (lifting up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation) and involves outdoor field work in the spring, summer and fall.
