The Penn State Athletic Department is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Information Technology group. Responsible to the Intercollegiate Athletics Information Technology Manager for planning and delivery of customer support services for administration, coaches, and staff throughout the Athletic Department. Responsibilities include: provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems, respond to requests for specialized assistance by telephone or e-mail, logging the issue in a help desk management system, general hardware and software troubleshooting.
