Overview Responsible for supporting enterprise application services within the Business Application Management group. Responsible for understanding and delivering solutions that support strategic objectives. Troubleshoots and solves issues, evaluates value of user change requests and assists in monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. Works with the foundational, end user service teams and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and applications. Responsibilities Essential Duties Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and support enterprise application services. Write TSQL statements and stored procedures, and use industry best practices for security and efficiency. Create, test and execute SQL language code, and monitor internal and external data feeds for assigned systems. Provide technical support for client server based applications. Support affiliate banks through the remote image capture process. Support bank customers utilizing business related file transfer services. Design and install program changes as needed while staying within stated regulatory and audit policies. This includes making changes to existing SQL, RPG and COBOL source code. Review problems and proactively escalate issues for resolution while understanding the major impacts to technical and business related areas. Investigate and document root cause analysis of issues. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Provide recommendations and solutions that can be quickly implemented to correct the problem. Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging existing systems and automation whenever possible. Work closely with Business Relationship Managers, Business Services Analyst, System Engineers and business partners in managing day to day issues and identifying process improvement opportunities. Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines. Manage the Enterprise Content Management system and facilitate the ingestion of information assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system. Manage user security permissions to the Enterprise Content Management system. Process raw images, manipulating and indexing data provided in various file formats and properly storing Metadata to facilitate retrieval of cataloged images in the Enterprise Content Management system. Receive assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined. Keep manager advised of progress on all projects on a timely basis. Participate on tactical and strategic technology and or business committees. Perform duties generally expected of administrative staff employees. Develop and document business disaster recovery plans with a focus on assigned business systems. Work with the business units and other Information Technology staff to define and document system recovery requirements. Execute disaster recovery testing, should such an event occur, that requires equipment or software replacement. Qualifications Qualifications: Education Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, information science, or a related field. (Preferred) Experience 3 or more years Nautilus (OnBase) technologies with utilizing Unity Client, Outlook integrations, OCR, E-forms, workflow setup and Scripting, System upgrades and maintenance, Nautilus System installations, and Scanner or Kofax software. (Preferred) 3 or more years Personal computing business systems administration. (Required) 3 or more years Working with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data with knowledge of TSQL and stored procedures. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and ETL. (Preferred) 3 or more years General working knowledge of commonly used programming command language, and utilities required. (Required) 3 or more years - Must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. (Required) Certifications Nautilus Certified Installer or Nautilus Certified Support Engineer. (Preferred) Nautilus Certified System Administrator. (Preferred) Nautilus Certified Workflow.
